For those who need a little more pressure.
PreNatal Massage (60 min)
For the Mommies to be who need to relax and ease those achy backs and swollen feet. PreNatal massage should only be performed after the first trimester.
Sports Massage (60 min)
For the runners and athletes who need some relief for those tired and achy muscles. Stretches are also incorporated in to the massage.
Neuromuscular Therapy (60 min)
This massage is customized to target and focus on specific areas of the body.
Reflexology (60 min)
This massage focuses specifically on the trigger points in the feet and hands.
Aromatherapy (60 min)
Essential oils designed to enhance your massage experience and your senses.
